【ドバイ共同】サウジアラビアの政府機関「人権委員会」は２６日、サルマン国王の勅令に基づき、１８歳未満の未成年者による犯罪に死刑を適用しないと発表した。
人権委員会は「より近代的な刑法の確立につながる」との声明を出した。サウジ最高裁は国際社会から批判の対象となっていたむち打ち刑の廃止を決定したばかり。
